An outward look
The participation of the cities twinned with Tuscan municipalities is another innovation, and an opportunity to learn what is being done abroad, to improve exchanges and to network.

This event is promoted by the Tuscan Section of Anci (the National Association of Italian Cities), together with the Tuscan Regional Government,
the City and Province of Arezzo.

Public administration is changing, experimenting with new services and streamlining procedures, using information technologies and telematics, changing approaches and mindsets.
This public administration is paying more attention to the citizens needs, and is working to improve its performance, to reduce costs, and enhance services.
